We’re open from 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday..
Our drop in service allows you to leave your device with us for an agreed period of time. You can then go about your day knowing your device is in capable hands and that upon collection will be all in working order again as though it was new! On busy periods or a large job we can require a longer time frame to fix your technical issue, but this will be agreed upon with you before you drop off your device. We usually say to expect a 2-4 day wait time on your items, however this could be dependent on how busy we are. If you’d like a rough estimate just give us a call!
If it’s of the utmost importance and is in need of fixing that day we do offer a Drop In Queue Jump service at a small extra charge. You can enquire about this service with our team over the phone and we can then work out the fastest time we can return your device back to you.
Some issues can be solved using our Remote Access solution, for instance if you’re having trouble with logging in to an account or if you’re having trouble starting up some software. So feel free to call in to find the best solution for you.
