Ashbourne based IT Service company looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach who has the ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative in a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling telephone calls, emails, booking outcalls for our engineers and walk-in client jobs. Coordinating and documenting the client’s requirements and updating the CRM system accordingly. The candidate will also have the duty of debt collection, inputting invoices and sales receipts into our QuickBooks accounting package.
The role would suit a confident organised person with good administration skills. Communication is mainly via telephone and email, therefore, excellent written and spoken English is a must. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads and be able to adapt to meet changing requirements day to day.
The successful candidate, after completing an initial trial period, will be offered a permanent position based upon 30 hours – Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, with one hour for lunch.
