Dove Computer Solutions are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach who has the ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative in a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in bookkeeping and be responsible for inputting invoices and sales receipts into our QuickBooks Accounts program, handle debt collection and general accounting duties. The role will also require regularly updating the CRM system.
The role would suit a confident, articulate and organised person with good administration skills. Communication is mainly via telephone and email, so excellent written and spoken English is a must. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads and be able to adapt to meet changing requirements day to day.
The successful candidate, after completing a trial period, will be offered a permanent position for one to two days per week with a flexibility to work more hours on occasion. This role would suit somebody alongside another part time position. Based upon a 7-hour working day (ideally 9.00 am to 4.00 pm) – we are open to flexible days with one hour for lunch, but we are happy to accommodate different hours to suit the candidate.
