COVID-19 Update 20.05.2020
We are slowly accepting drop offs and collections ‘by appointment only’ while we prepare our office for the safety of our staff and customers in the coming days. We will gradually have at least one staff member in the office in the coming weeks.
We do ask all customers that come into the office with appointments to respect social distancing guidelines. Only one customer in reception at any one time, please.
We now have a collection box on the right as you walk in for any electronic devices to be dropped off or collected. The aim is to minimise contamination wherever possible. We have a strict company policy to continuously disinfect devices (In and Out) and the office throughout the day.
Although we can’t visit you onsite, we can however do the next best thing, use our new phone app to guide you through IT issues you may have at home or in the office. We can see what you are seeing on a live video stream! Ask a staff member for more information.
If you need any ‘working from home’ IT support, we are here to help you.
All our staff are working from home remotely, apart from coming into the office for customer appointments. Our phone system, emails, and support will continue to operate as normal.
