Q: What are the POP 3 Server email details for my account ?
A: Q:How does Remote Access work? A: We are able to resolve most issues using a remote connection with your computer. Once you have contacted Dove Computer Solutions, we will give you a unique pin number which will allow you to log-in our technician via the internet on our sign in page. You can view everything the technician accesses while they work and be there when they disconnect from your computer. The technician only has this one-off access to your computer if you have logged them in. Q: How does my charity/organisation aquire a recycled computer?
A: Just give us a call. We do ask that a representative of the charity/organisation collects the equipment in person from one of our two offices. Unfortunately we cannot ship or pack computers, and require a simple disclaimer to be signed, with no exceptions. Therefore we cannot give computers to individuals or organisations outside the United Kingdom unless a local contact can collect the computers. The specs of PCs and equipment does vary and depends on our stock levels at the time. Having said this, we do try to accommodate organisations requests as much as possible.
