Ensure you always have the support you need with our maintenance contracts for home users. This package provides you with the next level of service when it comes to fixing your computer problems. Receive priority placement when you bring your PC/laptop into our drop-in centre and 10% off if you need our technicians to visit you. Whenever you drop in your computer, we will assign you a personal engineer who will contact you to give you daily updates on the progress of your job.  Most problems, however, can be fixed using a remote session, with 1 session/month included. In addition, you will also receive 5 support calls per month.

SOHO- Dove Multi

This support package is ideal for the small business users or entrepreneur. With 2 remote sessions per month and Telephone support available, all at a fixed price, you can relax knowing your computers are covered.  If you have a problem that cannot be solved remotely, the package also includes 20% off onsite maintenance and repairs as well as priority status when you drop off your computer.
